Active Minds Teams Up With Big Moods In Honor Of World Mental Health Day

At Big Moods, a core pillar of our mission is to find ways to create meaningful impact for relevant and important causes. We choose to help amplify the message of mental health awareness because of our founder’s own experience with mental health issues, in addition to how important we think the issue is for young adults across the entire country.

Right now, more than ever, it’s so important to support the mental wellbeing of students, especially during this time of disruptive learning. Students are dealing with all types of situations: virtual classes, a hybrid experience on and off campus, and even so many that had to interrupt or delay their educational plans. In fact, an Active Minds’ survey showed that 20% of college students say their mental health has significantly worsened due to COVID-19. Supporting mental health awareness and education is more important than ever.

That’s why we’ve teamed up with Active Minds as the nation’s leading nonprofit promoting mental health awareness and education for young adults, to help reach young people with hopeful messages.

This month, in honor of World Mental Health Day, Big Moods is excited to launch a new mental health sticker pack created in collaboration with Active Minds.

Active Minds Mental Health Stickers

Through the powerful messages we’ve crafted into this pack, we hope young adults everywhere will use these stickers as a reminder of hope and support for their mental health in a tough era. As the year continues to unfold, each one of us can continue taking care of ourselves, checking in with loved ones, and never forgetting to show up for one another. We’re here for you, and so is Active Minds.

You are not alone
